The estimated delivery timeframe for each item is displayed on the corresponding product page and/or during checkout. The delivery estimate shown at the time of purchase is the relevant timeframe for your order.

For personalized or customized products, production begins once all required order information, files and personalization details have been provided.

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
